Ferrers Centre for Arts and Crafts

Staunton Harold, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, LE65 1RU
Tel: 01332 863337

Situated amidst the beauty and tranquility of a quintessential English landscape with its lakes and woodlands you will find the Ferrers Centre for Arts and Crafts, housed in the original Georgian stable block at the rear of Staunton Harold Hall.

This thriving community offers the visitor an opportunity to experience the working and retail environment of crafts people. Traditional skills mix harmoniously alongside more contemporary studios. A wide range of handmade items are both made and restored in the studios and workshops. Many artists also offer a commission service.

Fine art painting, ceramics, gilding, sign writing, patchwork, silver smithing and blacksmithing are just a taste of the disciplines you will find in the courtyard.

The Ferrers Centre for arts and crafts is situated on the Leicester/Derbyshire border between Ashby de la Zouch and Melbourne off the B587. The Ferrers Centre for arts and craft is sign posted with brown tourist signs from all directions (look for the anvil symbol). Parking is plentiful and free of charge.
