Peak Tours is the Peak District’s leading cycling tours company, and the only company which provides a cycle hire & delivery service. Peak Tours also offers a range of walking tours throughout the Peak District.

Cycle Hire

If you would like to hire bikes we will deliver them to you, provide helmets and all necessary equipment, recommend local routes and provide detailed route notes. We also have detailed Ordnance Survey maps for sale or you can use ours if you don’t wish to buy one. Please call 07961 052 590 for further details.

Cycle Tours

If you would like a cycle tour of the Peak District, we have a range of self-led and group tours to choose from. Tours are from 2–5 days, staying in carefully selected, family-run B&B’s and country inns oozing with character. Routes are carefully planned to take you along quiet country lanes to the many picturesque villages and places of interest. You can either carry your luggage in the panniers provided or have it transported for you so you can travel light.

Walking Tours

Peak Tours also offers a range of superb walking tours which take you along some of the best walking trails in the country. On all tours you will pass some fine country pubs and travel along carefully planned routes taking you through the Peak District’s most pleasant and spectacular scenery only accessible on foot.

YHA Tours

The Peak District has some fantastic hostels in great locations and fabulous old buildings. Our YHA tours provide a more cost-effective alternative to the B&B tours and also offer a more social atmosphere, staying in old manor houses, gothic mansions or even a Victorian folly!

Guided Tours

If you would like a guided tour of the Peak District you can choose from three fantastic one-day tours or join a group on one of our more comprehensive tours. Your friendly and informative tour leader cycles with you, providing a wealth of knowledge you won’t find in any guidebook.

Land's End to John O’Groats

The ultimate in Great British cycle tours -Land's End to John O’Groats- provides a fantastic challenge whilst visiting many of Great Britain’s most beautiful areas. All accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, baggage transfer, plus transfers from Penzance and to Inverness are included. A tour leader cycles with the group but you also receive detailed route notes, enabling you to cycle at your own pace if you prefer. This fully supported tour is covered in 14 days.
