- For your convenience, ample free car-parking is available in various locations around the centre and is well signposted.

- In addition to a safety-approved play area at the centre there are year-round activities to keep the kids entertained, including clowns, face painters, puppet shows, Santa and his reindeer, and other character appearances.

- All our Designer Outlets are wheelchair-friendly, with fully-equipped disabled toilets and easy access to all the shops. Wheelchairs are available for loan; please ask at the Customer Information Desk for details.

- The Customer Information Desk will give you all the help you need on issues such as transport, accommodation and shopping for your individual needs. Designer Outlet gift vouchers are also available here.

- £5 and £10 Designer Outlet gift vouchers make a great gift for anyone. When bought at the Customer Information Desk they can be used in any store.

Monday to Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am*-5pm. *Larger shops will open at 11am.
