About East Midlands Airport Aeropark

The Aeropark at East Midlands Airport is located in the north-west corner of the Airport site close to the village of Castle Donington. It is well signposted from the Airport's main entrance.

The Aeropark is both an aviation museum and a viewing area where you can study the preserved planes of yesteryear or watch the modern jets of today landing and taking off at a growing international passenger and cargo airport. The viewing mound is just 175 metres north of the main east/west runway at East Midlands Airport.

In addition to the popular viewing mound, there are picnic tables, toilets and a mobile catering unit on Sunday's during the summer serving hot and cold drinks and food. The site is suitable for the disabled and children in buggies/push-chairs.
