Thornhill Lodge is an elegant late 19th century house that offers four star guest house business and leisure guests a peaceful and relaxing stay. It lies approximately one mile from Derby city centre in a quiet residential area with a private car park for guest use.
Facilities
We have nine spacious rooms including two single bedrooms, two double bedrooms and our four stylish and spacious twin rooms. All are individually styled to a high standard, with newly fitted luxury en-suite bathrooms.
All rooms have a colour television, dvd/cd player, radio alarm clock and hair dryer. Many have their own comfortable area in which to sit and relax. Home made rock cakes are provided to welcome you and all rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. An iron and ironing board are available in the guest kitchen and a cot is available on request.
Broadband internet access is available on a desktop computer for guest use.
We offer a comprehensive breakfast menu to suit all tastes and appetites served in a beautiful sunny dining room.
One of the special features of Thornhill Lodge is our fully equipped kitchen exclusively for guests use. You are very welcome to use this kitchen to prepare yourself a snack or meal.
